• me explaining where the name "Blue Ivy Carter" allegedly came from (i only know because sadly my husband informed me this morning after watching a Today Show segment...)
• Liz: but what about Carter? isn't it Blue Ivy Carter?
• me: Carter is Jay Z's last name man!!
• Liz: oh yeah, I forgot his last name wasn't "Z"
